Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via email, text, or phone call will be processed without a rebooking fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of $25. This includes appointments where we are unable to access the location, are turned away, or the client is unavailable. If N’her Healing cancels an appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability. You need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can do so by emailing us at info@nherhealing.com or texting/calling 804.247.4866 (voicemails are sufficient notice)
